Clyde Hill Residence

Transformation:  The owner’s primary focus was to eliminate lawn and create a lower maintenance yard with more interesting plants.  Careful planning was necessary to incorporate two patios, an outdoor structure, and a sport court along within the allotted impervious surface limit.
