Lake Sammamish Residence

The new landscape is organized into three zones – formal closest to the house, transitional on the mid-slope, while native plantings hold the slope closest to the lake.  A series of four flat patio spaces were created so that the owners can enjoy entertaining in their backyard.  Fifty-two granite steps lead down to the lake, ensuring a safe and comfortable path.
