Newcastle Deck & Outdoor Room

Transformation: The existing narrow, wood deck provided no usable space for this family and was difficult to maintain.  They wanted a covered area with heat to extend the amount of time they could spend outside. The solution was this low-maintenance composite deck with stairs linking it to the waterproofed area below.  Electric heaters in the ceiling of the structure help keep this space comfortable for much of the year.
