Newcastle Residence

This spacious yard was not well-used. It was in need of places to spend time, sound and a revamping of the planting plan. Urban Oasis created a structure, complete with an outdoor kitchen, heaters and lighting which serves as a year-round entertainment space and easy place to grill year-round. The planting plan was revised, using new and existing plants, and the lawn was reshaped. A water feature was sited in front of the view of Mt. Rainier and adds a pleasant level of sound to the garden.
