Wallingford Craftsman Restoration

This restored Craftsman home had an overgrown landscape that was in need of an update that fit with the style of the home. A bluestone patio with granite edging was created to give the yard some usable patio space.  A small patch of Ecoturf lawn was installed for the owner’s dog.  By transplanting and pruning many of the existing plants – and supplementing with a few new ones – a mature looking landscape was created immediately.  Uneven, broken concrete entry steps and a rickety railing were removed and replaced with granite steps to create safer access to the home.
